Meditation, Singing, Healing the Pelvic Bowl, Asthma and Abuse with Sophia Wise One Coaching Episode

from Becoming Parents - Birth Stories and Birthwork Wisdom · host Jennifer Campbell

Holy. Crap. This is long and amazing. I kept the entire episode, however, if you want to just listen to the meditation, singing or just the podcast, the time is marked below. I'm in awe of this session and how much my life changed because of it.    Meditation starts at 45 minutes and ends at 1:13 Singing begins right after meditation   The last half hour we go into what came up for me in the meditation. This isn't just for me! You can work through your own healing through this session, have A-HA moments and release some of your own tension. Pelvic bowl coaching is incredible.   In the time since the interview:   TUESDAY: The day of Freezing after - it was raining during the meeting and my toilet was slowly running so water was on my mind. When I was freezing I got into the bath and it felt like coming home  Could not take enough deep breaths Had waves of fear roll through me. I couldn’t even tell why or where it was coming from. It was debilitation I thought I’d want to drink but I didn’t My entire back was sore - like overused muscles My right side “took over” for my back My thoughts were all over the place I got an email from a publicist about my podcast and I unloaded how I felt and realized it was content I was holding back on (like I’m told I do) I slept fitfully the first night  Found out the day we recorded it was a full moon in libra   WEDNESDAY: Still deep breaths but I didn’t feel like I was gasping for enough air Waves of fear gone  Read the ebook. Holy shit.   Left quadrant - my mom. The abuse. Inspiration and knowing Right quadrant - controlling and stubborn. Creative and safe Front - do what you’re told. Not what you want. Fight, flight, freeze. Dissociation. Vulnerable, pleasure, enjoyment, pleasure. Be seen. Bring forth your dreams and gifts, wishes. Breathing. Back - Coping. Holding shit together. It is safe to exist  Redid my podcast info on the website because I replied to an email and it poured out of me.   THURSDAY: Watching Sophia’s videos. Back and shoulders/neck are aching like I’m working through things I think of my pelvic bowl as Stonehenge - 4 pillars and my goal is to make them work together and distribute evenly Waves of fear again. Breathing getting better.   FRIDAY:Waves of fear gone. Sleeping so much better. Reminding myself to relax my shoulders and back. Began doing the exercises from Sophia’s videos.   Find Sophia: eBook: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9IgBEMIJjSJTERqMEJKUzEtR2kxUHFvcy1KWE4zRHVpME9n/view YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCd1lWcpXNLXqzBlz_xfCyhg Website: https://www.sophiawiseone.com/   There are tons of resources.
