Come inside, As you sink into your bed. And let the day fade away. The tasks and thoughts, Want to shield you from the truth. There’s something deeper at play. An uncomfortable hum, Vibrates from within you, You feel it deep within your core. You may not be clear, Why it’s inside, It’s one you can no longer ignore. So breathe deeply now, And don’t be afraid, Of the emotions that lie underneath. Relax from within, And trust in the night, And release all that lies beneath.
