In this episode we go into detail about why meditation is so important and all the health benefits it provides. We speak about the science behind it and why it's so effective.  We talk about Emily Fletchers Z technique which has 3 parts:  Mindfulness: 1-2 minutes- helps you deal with stress in the present moment- Close your eyes breath in and out shift your attention to what you hear, see, smell, taste, and touch. Meditation: 13-14 minutes-gets rid of stress from the past.  Use the mantra “one” “more” or choose one word that resonates with you it will help you keep your focus. Manifesting- 2 minutes- helps your create your dreams for the future- Ask yourself. “What am I grateful for right now” then move on to either one dream, one goal, or one desire and imagine as if it was your current reality.
