And, before i ever learnt about it you know (science) truth, i totally, because i believe in what i believe in, i trust my instincts, and I’m sure that everything that happens between us all and on earth and in this universe, and everything that has happened is composed within us, me, you, we must process this, conscious or unconscious, and i am moved. i am moved on a daily basis. And i have good biological programs to get me through things, but it is this conscious self that has to come to terms. And that’s why its important, very important, to (and i always called it to create and be creative) but actually what it is its to ground yourself, to pay homage to yourself, to respect the things that have influenced you, that move you, impact you. Through your conscious and unconscious capacity. Because what we think is happening in our lives , its not all that is happening in our lives. and the part of us that is aware of this, that part may not have any use of language. thats why mediums are incredible, medium can be objects, someone’s hope, a tool, forms of art, and personally these are acts of - these are prayers, it is a height of connection, its not a body of dogma, its not a prescription, an advice, it is in most of us, a submission, like the shadow, it falls.
