Meer fietsers op spoedeisende hulp

Een overzicht van het belangrijkste mobiliteitsnieuws! Het aantal fietsslachtoffers is in 2024 wat toegenomen, auto's worden steeds later afgedankt in Nederland, Greenpeace steelt het nieuwe 130-bord van de Afsluitdijk en Flitsmeister zag een kwart meer flitsmeldingen tijdens de Europese flitsmarathon.   Iedere dag komen gemiddeld meer dan 200 fietsers op de spoedeisende hulp terecht na een ongeluk. In totaal telde kenniscentrum VeiligheidNL vorig jaar meer dan 74.000 fietsongevallen. Sinds de pandemie schommelt dit aantal rond de 70.000, alleen in 2022 was dit aantal veel hoger. Verder in deze update: Auto's worden in Nederland steeds later afgedankt. Greenpeace zet 130-bord van Afsluitdijk in Drunen.
