61 yr. old Shirley Thompson is an extremist. Not only does she run  Ultramarathons, come mid November of 2019 she will attempt to become the oldest person to row solo across the Atlantic Ocean from the Canary Islands to St. Barts! "You are never too old to be brave!" she says!
