Harry is the Stanford Center for Computers and the Law's inaugural resident fellow. Anthony Falzone is the Executive Director of the Fair Use Project. Before that, he was a partner with Bingham McCutchen LLP where he specialized in intellectual property litigation. He has advised and defended a wide variety of individuals and companies including writers, publishers, musicians and video game makers on copyright, trademark, rights of publicity and other intellectual property matters.
