Meet Danu, a Beautiful Osprey at the Cascades Raptor Center

Mountain Rose Herbs sponsors five rescued raptors at the Cascades Raptor Center in Eugene, Oregon. We spent a morning recently visiting with one of them: Danu, a stunning osprey. The osprey's diet of live fish and, particularly, its ability to dive into water to catch them, is unique among North American raptors. Danu was one of two hatchlings rescued in June of 2011.
