Dr. Jennifer Luck is a Naturopathic Doctor and owner of The Somerset Health and Wellness Center, an integrative health clinic in Ottawa.  She is also the founder of The SIBO Sisterhood, a group treatment program for patients that are struggling with IBS and SIBO.   She herself is a SIBO survivor and witnessed first hand what tremendous impact nutrition, mindset, movement and sleep have on the digestive system.   Today, we're going to take a deep dive into a very controversial topic - the therapeutic diet.  Dr. Luck often uses diet modifications with her patients as a way to re-establish balance and eradicate infections.   We will discuss the ups and downs of the therapeutic diet and help shed some light on this very touchy subject!  I promise you there will also be lots of laughs along the way!
