She is a US licensed Physical Therapist and an internationally recognized Yoga & Anatomy Teacher.  Her mission is to improve health through the practices of yoga. She currently lives in Lisbon, Portugal and works with students and yoga teachers remotely as well as teaching in person.    Since 2016, she has been leading yoga teacher trainings and continuing education.
