Meet Jocelyn: Youth of the Year for Harlingen

She shares her excitement for future theater projects, as well as her involvement in speech and theater competitions, anticipating participation in UIL events.   Amidst her summer activities, Jocelyn unveils her newfound hobbies of reading plays and engaging in art and crafts, sparked by her curiosity and creativity.
