With over 35 years of experience, he has represented plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, toxic exposures, construction site accidents, and defective products at the trial and appellate levels. He has also represented individuals in complex insurance coverage, employment discrimination, hostile work environment and harassment issues. Mr. Kardisch has authored and co-authored more than 40 published articles, has lectured extensively, and has been interviewed for printed stories, television and radio in his areas of practice. He is a long-standing member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations, and has served on the Speaker's Bureau and the Labor and Employment Committee. Mr. Kardisch is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of New York and in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has completed the National Institute of Trial Advocacy Program and holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from the City University of New York. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Boston University School of Law.
