Beginning April 15th, teams from around the state compete to spot as many bird species as possible within a 24-hour period. Dexter Patterson teaches photography at UW Madison, but he’s perhaps better known as the WiscoBirder and co-founder of the BIPOC Birding Club of Wisconsin.
