Matt is a former United States Marine serving from 2006-2011 and doing 3 tours overseas. After Matt got out, he started going to college at the University of Utah. Six years and another deployment to Afghanistan later he was able to earn a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. On top of having his bachelor’s degree, Matt is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Matt comes to us after owning and operating his own gym for 5 years.
