Blackwell (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Global Health Certificate, Master of Public Health) who currently serves as the Senior Director in Drug Safety Research and Development within the Worldwide Research, Development and Medical Division of Pfizer, Inc. where he serves as a General Toxicology Lead and has over 30 years of experience in drug development.
