We're back for part 3 with Raymond Broughton -- a 33 year old African American man, husband and father to 2 small children, who came to a tipping point of 436 pounds and decided to do the hard work to losing the weight and becoming healthier in body, mind and spirit. In this episode, Raymond continues the conversation of his journey through weight loss surgery-- Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy (VSG)-- and how it specifically impacted the social and emotional aspect of his every-day life.
