In this episode, we’ll introduce you to Kyle Dennis, EAG’s Director of Research & Development and the newest member of the EAG team. Kyle comes to EAG with its recent acquisition of Useagility, a design research and strategy firm focused on human-centered interfaces and experiences.

Kyle talks with EAG chief marketing officer Jeff Randolph about his approach to helping client companies understand their customers through innovative, on-the-ground research. “People are complicated,” Kyle says, and shares some of his methods to tap into their attitudes and behavior.
