Meet Rosalind Horne from Community Support Connections

from I Love Cambridge

Meet Rosalind Horne from Community Support Connections. Community Support Connections work with more than 700 volunteers in Cambridge, Kitchener, North Dumfries, and Waterloo to help 7,600 local seniors and adults with disabilities stay in their own homes. They do this by strategically focusing on four areas to maximize impact: Nutrition, Physical Health, Social Wellbeing, and Help at Home. The safety and health of their clients, volunteers, and staff are of paramount importance to them, and they are taking proactive measures to ensure they help mitigate the risks of COVID-19 exposure and do their part as an organization to 'flatten the curve' of the outbreak.
