Meet Ryan Pagnacco from Enable Innovation

Meet Ryan Pagnacco from Enable Innovation. Enable Innovation is a mechanical engineering firm, but they focus on product development specifically in Canada. Ryan is a Candian Forces veteran who served in Afghanistan, and after being injured in combat, he decided to go to school for engineering. He then was able to take an entrepreneurial course offered for veterans transitioning back into jobs, and then started Enable Innovation. They have a diverse team of engineers and technologists, such as a mechatronic engineer and an aerospace engineer. Their goal is as they grow, they will have more diverse engineers on their team for different outlooks on their projects. Their services are provided on an "as-needed" basis and can help with small or big projects their clients may need through the manufacturing process. Watch the episode to hear more!
