In the arctic waters of Northern Norway, two women are leading the hand harvesting of unique seaweed species. Angelita Eriksen and Tamara Singer are from different sides of the planet but found their way to launching a company that wants the whole world to recognize the unique benefits of an ocean-grown superfood: seaweed.
