Bill Winston Podcast - Audio Bill Winston Ministries Welcome to Dr. Bill Winston's audio podcast. Dr. Bill and Veronica Winston are pastors of Living Word Christian Center in Forest Park, IL, a vibrant and diverse church with 20,000 members. Camper by E. Pauline Johnson Loyal Books It is eminently fitting that this daughter of Nature should have been laid to rest in no urban cemetery. According to her own request she was buried in Stanley Park, Vancouver's beautiful heritage of the forest primeval. A simple stone surrounded by rustic palings marks her grave and on this stone is carved the one word "Pauline." There she lies among ferns and wild flowers a short distance from Siwash Rock, the story of which she has recorded in the legends of her race. In time to come a pathway to her grave will be worn by lovers of Canadian poetry who will regard it as one of the most romantic of our literary shrines. But the parks also protect vast prairies, oak woodlands, and nearly 40 miles of wild coastline, all of which support a rich mosaic of wildlife diversity and cultural traditions. Indeed, more than parks, Redwood is also designated a World Heritage Site and International Biosphere Reserve. Join park rangers from the National Park Service and California State Parks as we explore this special place.
