Meet The Bonnies - Frank Mitchell

Frank describes his path to St. Bonaventure through his younger days - including the transition from hockey to basketball. He talks about the struggle of leaving sports to work in construction during the pandemic and the return to basketball with the help of several mentors in his life. Frank remembers playing in the Reilly Center during his days at Canisius, and how intense the fans in the RC can be! We also learn about his mentality concerning rebounding and how he approaches the defensive end of every possession.
