Meet “The Garrett's”

Hello we are The Garrett’s: “Black together” after an 18 year hiatus, and married during the height of COVID-19, life coaches and former college sweethearts Amber Johnson-Garrett and Tavares A. Garrett, are “hitting all the right notes” together as they harness the amazing power of love, music and common sense to inspire people of color to work through their problems as the power couple navigate their own challenges in a post-pandemic, yet still immensely volatile world. In this episode we discuss the things and topics the listeners can look forward to. We look forward to sharing our love story and journey. We are going to share lessons we have learned together and before we got back together. From food to some of our favorite tv shows and sports teams we will deliver our Black Love Xperience one loving episode at a time. The traumas that surround our culture and beyond are just some of the more serious topics we will openly share and discuss with our listeners and supporters.
