Working as a Senior Injury Rehabilitation and Conditioning Coach with Leinster Rugby under Michael Cheika and then Joe Schmidt, he left the Irish province in 2012 to establish Kitman Labs, a company helping elite sports teams and leagues optimize performance and health through data. From the Premier League to the NFL, the company's astonishing success has ensured its fingerprints have been left all over the sporting landscape.
