The Barkers are the 2017 Ambassador Family. Avery Barker was weighed just 2lbs 10oz when she took her first breath. That was 12 years ago. The Barkers talk about their experience and what the March of Dimes research has done to help in the fight to prevent birth defects. Avery is a student at Southeastern Junior High. You can learn more about the march by searching "Scioto Valley March For Babies". There will be events for the kids at 10am in Yoctangee Park Sunday morning and the march begins at 11am.
