Meet the Masters with Nicholas Daeppen, Managing Director Tentation Potel and Chabot New York

Tentation Potel & Chabot is a global catering company with offices in Paris, Moscow and St. Petersburg.  Robert Allen interviews Nicolas Daeppen in the NYC office, a boutique off-premise caterer.  Regardless of scope or location, Tentation Potel & Chabot can produce an intimate reception or tend to the details of a large, ceremonial wedding. Nicolas was trained at the Lausanne Hotel Management School in Lausanne, Switzerland.  He came to the US in 1986 and started his career in the food and beverage industry.  He has held executive positions at the Swissotel New York, The Drake, Millenium Broadway and the Hotel Nikko San Francisco. He was General Manager and Vice President of Operations at the Helmsley Park Lane. At Tentation he combines personal service and gourmet cuisine with international style. Nicolas tells us that your wedding can be shaped exactly the way you want.  Their philosophy is to build an experience to remember.
