MEET THE STUDENT ORGANISATION: ANALOG

We are a non-profit, student driven café at the IT University of Copenhagen. Our volunteer baristas are trained by Copenhagen Coffee Lab, where we also buy our coffee beans. We serve more than 2000 cups of coffee a week, herein filter coffee, espresso based drinks as well as chai and hot cocoa. Opening hours: Monday - thursday from 08-16 Friday from 08-14 Behind the amazing volunteers stand the board of Analog, that we call it Analogen, as well as a team of managers making sure the daily operations of the café runs smoothly. The board consists of 8 people; A Chairperson, a Vice Chairperson, a Treasurer, three board members and 2 substitute members. We meet twice a month from end August till start December and end January till May. You can expect a response within two weeks at most, depending on the extent of your inquiry.
