Tom is a developer who owns and operates Terra Capital, a small multi-family real estate company. Tom got his start in real estate while attending Columbia University. He worked for a large real estate development company in New York City and then joined Ray Hyman's company, Lennar Corporation, where he worked as an assistant project manager.
