We are excited to invite you to Sailors' Parliament talks #33.Dr. Fishere served as an Egyptian diplomat, lived in Israel for several years. He is deeply familiar with the behind-the-scenes realities of the Arab-Israeli conflict, both from a diplomatic and academic perspective. This meeting offers us a rare opportunity to gain a mirror image perspective on the relationship from from the Egyptian side. As a bonus, we will a glimpse into the events of the Arab Spring events as vividly and sharply portrayed by Dr. Fishere in his novel "All That Nonsense".The discussion will be co-moderated by Yedioth Ahronoth’s journalist and Arab affairs analyst, Smadar Perry.This is the third meeting in the Pharaonic Series. The ongoing war is testing the strength of the relationship between Israel and Egypt.
