This week, Gerard takes a tour around a wonderful property in South Gippsland being cared for by Jenny and Paul O'Sullivan. Predominately a beef and sheep property, Jenny and Paul have been long standing advocates for sustainable farming practice and are now working to meet the demands of climate change as well as higher expectations from the community around just where their food comes from.
