Meeting Trey and Gary: Moto America, Music, and Motorcycles!

Meet my two new friends, Trey(@rippingon2wheels) and Gary(@gropplife). We met at a Moto America event at Road Atlanta. Gary, a traveler and #vlogger, used to work in the music industry but sold his recording studio to focus on YouTube. Trey also rides a Road Glide and documents his travels and lifestyle on YouTube. Both have a background in music and filmmaking, and their friendship was formed through their shared interests. Trey discussed his musical background, which includes collaborations with various artists and a European tour. He then talked about transitioning to YouTube and using motorcycling as a form of therapy. I related and shared a bit of love for various types of motorcycles, including my custom Triumph Speed Triple that’s got a #MadMax aesthetic. Trey shared a story about a motorcycle ride up the Blue Ridge Mountains, where a riding companion disappeared due to fear of heights. Trey's wife sang to calm him down, and they eventually caught up with their friend. Much was discussed, but as with all new friends, theirs still much to learn.   Thanks to both Gary and Trey, and until next time, stay brave and keep moving forward!
