Meg founded OATS (Ottawa Animators Talking Socially), a community group that provides a safe space for artists to connect and discuss constructive solutions to the challenges they face, whether in the studio or in the wider community. Inside the studio and out, Meg communicates with intention, sparks collaboration that moves teams toward shared goals, and amplifies the voices around her.
