Meg Resnick: Sleep, Spirits, & Signs

On today’s episode we talk to the Seeker’s dear friend, Meg Resnick. Meg is a therapist, reiki master teacher and spiritual seeker. Throughout the episode she shares stories about sleep disturbances, including sleep paralysis as a small child.
