Alan Dershowitz filed a lawsuit against Netflix in 2021 over its docuseries Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich, alleging defamation and breach of contract. He claimed the series unfairly presented Virginia Giuffre’s allegations against him without including exculpatory evidence he provided, and argued that producers had promised to air his side of the story but failed to do so.
