Megan Chody is the owner of Garrett Popcorn Shops– a Chicago-based company with locations across the US, Middle East, and Asia. We're also joined by her daughter, Brett Chody, who is Head of Brand Development for Carla Cafe. Megan talks about how she and her husband Lance grew the business from four Chicago locations to nearly 50 worldwide, the importance of cultivating a strong brand presence and connecting with customers, and shares her parenting beliefs and tips.
