Megan Myers-D1 Assistant Coach at Boston University Shares Tips to Self Growth and Leaving Your Comfort Zone, Lessons from Coaching College Hockey, and How She Defines Success

Today I talked with Megan Myers. Megan is currently the assistant coach of women's hockey at Boston University. Prior to now, she was the first full-time assistant coach at Stonehill for the program's inaugural season. She assisted at Becker College for its first five seasons, a school that no longer exists but morphed into my current team at Worcester State. Myers played at Utica College, where she earned all ECAC honors all four years. She ranks first in program history for goals and was inducted into the Utica Athletics Hall of Fame in 2022. After college, she played with the Boston Blades in the CWHL before transitioning into coaching.  I talked to Megan in April the day after she completed the Boston Marathon! it was great to hear her perspective on hockey, personal growth, and more!
