Mehtab Benton Interview :: Let Go, Let God, Let Gong Last week I checked in and shared with you that I got to visit with one of my vibrational teachers and what an amazing time we had laughing and vocal toning!  It really is hard not to laugh when you sound like a chicken or an auditioning opera singer (and NOT a good one, I might add). This week I was fortunate to reconnect with another one of my yoga, sound and astrology teachers, but there was no primal monkey sounds (wink).  We spoke about how the rich, complex sounds of the gong can simply transcend the current time and space that you are bound by;  picking up some healing waves in the process.  Sound lovely, doesn’t it!
