主播蕭彤雯在節目上透露，餵母乳讓她雙峰「大走山」，胸部下垂，上半部扁塌，她形容「很像山崩」。確實，哺乳後胸部變形是很多女性的困擾。這是因為懷孕和哺乳過程中，乳腺大幅擴張，雖然會使得乳房至少增加2個罩杯以上，但重力影響，也會下垂一些，而且哺乳期間，胸部不斷在脹奶和餵奶之間變大又變小，皮膚自然也會變得鬆弛，甚至再退乳之後，也可能因為乳房脂肪變薄、加上脂肪隨著年紀流失，看起來胸部可能會比生小孩之前小一點。
