Cai made the remarks in a meeting with officials of the Joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIDS.He said by expanding its presence on global social networks like Twitter, Facebook and YouTube and other means, Xinhua is reaching an ever larger audience worldwide.He added that the news agency is willing to help disseminate such positive messages as the United Nations' "Three Zeros" vision of zero new HIV infections, zero discrimination and zero AIDS-related deaths.
