Mel Duncan talks Church Administration Best Practices

RE Mel Duncan and Pastor George discuss the challenges, joys, and best practices of being a Church Administrator as well as advice for Churches who don't have the position.  Mel Duncan currently serves as the Church Administrator for Second  Presbyterian Church in Greenville, NC. He is also the Clerk of Calvary Presbytery and the Executive Director for the Gospel Reformation Network.  Pastor George's experience prior to becoming the Senior Pastor of Meadowview was as an Engineer, Manager, Business Owner, School Administrator in 2 Schools, and the Executive Pastor in two PCA Churches.
