Allan has logged over 15,000 hours working with top performers and their teams. His experience ranges from his early work consulting U.S. Olympians to advising senior executives and their teams in over fifteen industries globally. Allan has more than 25 years of experience coaching top-performing teams and individuals in corporate settings — from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. He is the co-author of three leadership books: Bold Moves, Out of the Question: How Curious Leaders Win and Who Are You … When You Are BIG? Allan served as a consultant for one of the world’s leading career transition firms and has held key leadership positions for Marriott International and TMI USA, an international human resource consulting firm focused on performance management, customer service, culture change, and human relations. From his early experiences growing up in the Midwest achieving leadership roles in school, church, and on his way to becoming an Eagle Scout, Allan has always been interested in human potential and what makes leaders top-performing. Allan holds a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology. He is a certified practitioner in numerous leadership and team assessments including the Integrative Enneagram (ie9) Instrument.
