Mel Tucker got a big win tonight in East Lansing. No, it wasn't a top-25 win, but this win on homecoming for Michigan State gives the team some momentum heading into their Bye Week before the Michigan game. QB Payton Thorne had his best game of the season, going 21/29 for 265 passing yards and 2 touchdowns. His WRs Jayden Reed and Keon Coleman had great games as well. For comparison, Wisconsin QB Graham Mertz once again proved that he is an absolute disaster at QB.
