Charley’s McCoy of Mbellish by Charmega came by the show to talk about The Eastside Arts Vendors Market hosting the 3rd annual “Melanin Market” & Black History Parade on February 23rd from 11am- 4 pm. We spoke about The Melanin Market and Parade with its a strong emphasis on promoting local small businesses and organizations owned/led by African Americans. The goal is to highlight members and leaders within the African American community that have made a valuable impact in Black History and invite the community to come out to see and experience Black History on the historic A. Philip Randolph Blvd between Jessie St. and Union this Street in city council district 7.
