Melissa Blatt is the Founder + CEO of indipop, offering simple and affordable healthcare for the self-employed and small business owner. She started out in the entertainment industry behind the camera, which led to business development and marketing roles for diverse companies.  After leaving the corporate world to go out on her own and experience the freedom and flexibility that she was craving, she realized that healthcare was going to be a pain point. After exploring all the options for various plans and coming up with the same high premiums and deductibles, she knew she wasn't alone. 57 million in the US alone are "the Independent Population."
