Melissa in the Morning: ALPR’s in Milford

Milford is putting the brakes on plans to expand its network of Flock license-plate cameras. The city has enacted a moratorium while officials take a closer look at privacy concerns, data collection, and how the technology is being used. The pause gives the city time to consider what rules should govern the cameras moving forward.
