Melissa in the Morning: Fairfield Housing

On July first, more than 70 laws took effect in Connecticut. One of those laws tackled affordable housing; a snippet of the law having to do with parking requirements. Ahead of the July first date, some P&Z Commissioners in Fairfield efforted to put protections in place for the commercial district in town but it failed to get enough support to pass. We got more perspective on this from Commissioner Peter Capozzi.
