New Britain is demanding more than 240-thousand dollars in reimbursements from its former mayor.  A demand letter was written by the city's corporation counsel to embattled former Mayor Erin Stewart as an effort to collect restitution for the purchases she is accused of making on a city credit card during her tenure.
