This week we welcome to the show Melody Margarit of Epitaph Records which is home to such artists as Rancid, Social Distortion and Bad Religion. Melody introduces us to her two rescues Sampson, an 11 year old corgi mix found on the street 8 years ago and Scout, her 9 year old dachshund/chihuahua mix who was an owner surrender. MaeDay Rescue will be hosting the Paws For Comedy fundraiser on August 2, from 6-10pm at Creature Comforts Brewery (1124 San Julian St, Los Angeles, CA). Hosted by Jackie Tohn (Nobody Wants This, Glow) with a DJ set by Moby and comedy from Nikki Glaser, Chelsea Peretti, Andy Richter and more. Tickets are available now at zeffy.com.
