The names of clerks are mentioned and discussions of unhappiness of polygamous wives who were forced into marriages by Brigham Young and how Brigham Young was hated for it, and the many children born to poligamous men who neglected the wives and children. Brigham Young was scolded by his son Joseph A Young for neglecting his mother too. Joseph Smith lll reiterates Joseph Smith Junior saying that poligamy was an evil and corrupt doctrine. This chapter holds memories of Joseph Smith lll and his father Joseph Smith Junior.
