Clepsidra — Música e palavras a talho de foice No dia 1 de novembro de 2013, o Guru do André Ventura, Pedro Passos Coelho, estava no poder, depois de aproveitar bem os desmandos do Sócrates e de um Partido Socialista, sempre mais virado para o seu umbigo do que para o interesse da sociedade. Juntava-se a tudo isto um presidente chamado Cavaco. A proposta de Orçamento do Estado para 2014 foi nessa sexta-feira aprovada na generalidade pelas bancadas de PSD e CDS-PP, partidos, nessa altura com a maioria, com votos contra de toda a oposição e do deputado do partido de Paulo Portas eleito pela Madeira, Rui Barreto. Por razões de programação a Clep desse dia foi curtinha e musical.
